IDK®  TurbiCAL® determines the biomarker calprotectin in human stool samples. It is intended for the differential diagnosis between inflammatory bowel disease and the irritable bowel syndrome. Furthermore, it is used for (therapy) monitoring of the intestinal inflammatory status of IBD patients.
