The intended use of IDK® Psychotropic Medication 1 LC-MS/MS is to aid in the therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of several psychotropic medications (i.e. clozapine, norclozapine, nortriptyline, E-10-OH-nortriptyline, Z-10-OH-nortriptyline, amitriptyline, clomipramine, norclomipramine, imipramine, desipramine & zuclopenthixol) by determination of
these medications in serum, performed by automated quantitative LC-MS/MS assay technology conducted by laboratory professionals.
